After nearly 4 decades  and  dozens of albums, Megadeth just released their latest: The Sick, The Dying ...And The Dead.    And  all we've got to say is hold on to your seat 'cause this  blows everything released this year away!

This newest offering is a powerhouse of  hard hitting thrash that doesn't compromise on  precision  or quality.    The  14 track  release covers a diversity  metal.  The first single  "We'll Be Back"  and   “Night Stalkers” (featuring Ice-T) leave you gasping for breath showing us Megadeth is still in it's prime.     More melodic  songs like “Soldier On!” take us down to  mid tempo showing us diversity while compromising nothing.    Looking for more?  Well how about a little punk thrash in "Police Truck".   The final track   "This Planet's On Fire (Burn In Hell)"  featuring Sammy Hagar leaves me with the question, when's the next release, 'cause  this is leaving  me wanting more!

The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!  was recorded at Mustaine’s home studio in Nashville, Tennessee, with guitarist Kiko Loureiro and drummer Dirk Verbeuren.  Bassist Steve DiGiorgio temporarily stepped in to record the album.  The band is currently on tour and if you are lucky enough to have them come close, don't hesitate  to GO!
